Positive: The location of the hotel was great. The room was very spacious with a lot of amenities. Staff members at the hotel were exceptional. They were very friendly and able to help me when we need it.

Negative: It would be nice if there was an elevator connect directly from the ground floor or MRT station to the hotel room.

Positive: Free ice cream. The room is super clean. Great common area and staff are super accomodating. It is super easy to go to other places because of the connected mrt station in the same building. We will surely stay again in this hotel if we go back to Taipei.

Negative: I hope there are more choices for the breakfast but it was good nonetheless. This is still one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Positive: I absolutely loved the modern contemporary look of it. It’s beautifully decorated from the lobby to the rooms! Also very convenient because it’s right next to the train and bus station stops. Great views from my room! It’s very clean and quiet!! Friendly staff too!

Negative: The restaurant only opens for breakfast and lunch but no dinner. There are great restaurants below though!

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and I would definitely book it again wheni return!

Positive: This hotel turned out to be a hidden gem. Grat place. I like the design. Nothing special, but small original details show perfectionism towards details. For example, painting on the walls, in the elevator; great slogans put here and there; funny cover for the key card; wize arrangement of furniture and lights in the room; attractive colors of the lobby... Rooms are spacious, which is not so usual in Taiwan. Great location. You can use the elevator to access the metro station directly. The staff is friendly and the room is clean.

Negative: I don't know why during my stay, the small cozy bar was not open and why they dont allow access to the terrace - another well designed and attractive place. They provide ice cream for free in the lobby, i would suggest adding a coffee machine too - in such a way, the guests will appreciate more the design of the lobby and terrace.
