Positive: Having to travel this area open till late at night was great so you could have a place to sit down and have a coffee at no charge.

Negative: I was there for five nights, but they only changed the linen in my room once maybe it was because of the long weekend. I’m not sure but pretty ordinary.

Negative: I booked this hotel specifically because they advertised a jacuzzi and spa in the room — a key reason for choosing this place over others. While the amenities were physically there, neither one was functioning. This was completely unacceptable and blatantly misleading. If you promote amenities as a selling point, they must be in working condition. I feel deceived, and this experience fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they address this issue and stop advertising features they can't deliver.

Summary: Overall, my stay was enjoyable, but the non-functional jacuzzi and spa were a major letdown.

Negative: We were expecting for the jacuzzi in our room that was the main reason why we booked it. But the reception said it couldn’t be used.

Positive: It was cheaper to book with booking.com than direct which meant we upgraded to an Executive suite. This was huge. Beds comfy, bath and shower in room. Location is outside of city, but hotel is only minutes from metro via a 7 eleven store, so you can pick up drinks etc on your way past. Room had a kettle and fridge. Nice toiletries provided. Great value. Staff have very limited English but try hard. Some restaurants nearby.

Negative: The travellers kitchen wasn’t as extensive as hoped. At breakfast it was fine and you could make toast or eat instant noodles. During the rest of the day the provisions were limited to free drinks and tiny cookies. You could sit in there which was lovely and eat your own food, but there was no microwave and the hob to cook your own noodles was out of action. Housekeeping is only every 4 days unless you ring and ask for it, so beds are not made or bins emptied or towels changed unless requested. I think it should be changed to every 2 days for bins and towels.

Summary: Great value stay.
