Was a major reason why we rented that particular house because it had 2 6 seat carts and flew in thinking we wouldn’t need any other transportation. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time we have stayed in 1923.Excellent location being on the 4th green of Baytown and directly across the street from the pool. The golf carts were upgraded from our last stay to two 6 passenger carts. They have also added a TV to the Master bath. The chairs and sofa in the family room were comfortable. The beds in each room were very comfortable. The kitchen essentials included any item necessary for our stay. We had friendly neighbors on both sides of us who we shared food, drink, music and conversation with. Baytown Wharf was a 3 minute cart ride. We strongly recommend Villa Lago and Unit 1923. Summary: Great family trip to celebrate my son 50th Birthday! The house was perfect and so was the location to the village . But the Best was the golf carts!! At 76 my walking days are not great, and the carts help a lot😁

Summary: Rented the house to celebrate my sons 21st birthday with friends and family. Loved having the golf carts, made getting around much easier. The property was clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint was the microwave was rusted and started sparking when I tried to use it. Contacted the rental company and they had a loaner delivered the next day. This could have easily been avoided as the rust was very apparent. Beach chairs, toys were very nice to have... we would stay here again.

Summary: We have stayed in the Baytowne area in several occasions and this was a great stay for our family. The house was perfect for us, modern features, close to a pool, close to the Wharf, and a nice view of the 5th green of the Baytowne golf course. We were thankful for the place and would stay here again in a second. The 2 golf carts were amazing!!

Summary: We loved 1923 Villa Lago, great location! It could have been a little cleaner but over all a very nice home and we had a great stay! Just a note for the owners, the garage door needs some TLC. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Summary: We loved our stay at Villa Lago. House was very spacious, kitchen had just about everything we needed, bathrooms had plenty of clean towels and toiletries that smelled amazing(little things like that are important!) We loved the golf carts and neighborhood too. Great vacation for me and my family and we would stay here again!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! Location is great for those wanting to go to the village every evening. Golf carts were wonderful for getting to the village and beach! The house was clean. Slept great in the master bedroom. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. We noticed a few little things that could be improved for future guests, and messaged the property management team - they quickly responded to say they would pass it on to the owners. Great communication from the property mgt. team from the beginning. We would definitely stay here again! The house was stocked with everything we needed.

Summary: Great location, golf carts made everything so easy to get to and parking was so much easier. House was nice but could have been a little cleaner. We had 7 children ranging from 15 down to 8 months and it was big enough for all of us. Enjoyed watching people play golf from the back porch and balcony. Everyone was so nice.
