Positive: Had everything we needed, microwave, kettle, tv, cuttlery, dishes, it was clean and the location was perfect, with parking right infront of the room.

Positive: Friendly staff. Great bedding, Stayed warm on 3 degree night with no heater. Kettle, toaster and microwave in the room. Good size TV. Overall great.

Negative: Air conditioner had a small amount of mould below the unit. Some of the glasses were dirty. Tea bags were hit and miss. Parking out the back is unclear exactly where you can park.

Summary: Nice clean room, not far from town Center.

Positive: The location was great,for our needs. We had a spa room which was very clean and so was the spa.

Negative: Went to have a shower in the morning,it had great pressure but only no hot water,it was only warm even after running it for a couple of minutes so it wasn’t very enjoyable especially when it was only 1 degrees outside when we left.

Negative: Had screaming baby’s from three different families over three nights. The place wasn’t booked out not sure why we had to be so close.
