Positive: Property located an easy walk into town. Spacious interior and nicely furnished. Well equipped modern kitchen. Host had left cereal and bread and condiments which were unexpected but appreciated. Coffee machine to use. Noticed toilet and shower had handrails should they be needed. Don't worry about comments about bathroom needing renovation. It is retro looking but the water pressure is really good and it's clean and has toiletries. Would be happy to stay again. Had access to garage to park car.

Positive: Great location, close to town. Comfortable seating in the lounge. Nice kitchen with great appliances available.

Negative: It was dark when we arrived & there was no light on outside which made it difficult to find. The front door was difficult to lock. You had to turn the light on in the toilet & the fan was noisy. The bathroom could be updated.

Positive: This was a perfect place to stay for our 2 nights in Inverell. It was in a great location, close to town, parks etc. It was nice and clean, very comfortable. Nice, renovated kitchen. The automatic roller door on the garage was very convenient so we could come and go. Would definitely recommend as a very nice unit at very good price.

Negative: Bathroom is an older style, but was clean and adequate for our stay.

Negative: The smell from the drain in the very outdated bathroom. No instructions where to find the bins and where to put out. The untidy and weedy back garden.
