Positive: The location and the presentation of the property was great and so was the restaurant.. The staff was wonderful and sweet..

Negative: The Room was dated and disappointing.. The shower had poor water pressure

Positive: the hotel's facility is great, has all I needed. Amenity quality is on par with that of a resort. Staff was helpful and nice free water inside the room quiet area

Negative: the smell is not comfortable as the weather was quite humid, and the sewage pipe inside the bathroom was emitting kinda funny odour.

Summary: Great value for money, hope they can fix the pipe

Positive: It was super nice to be there and also very calming. The staff is really cute and they made my stay better! The breakfast is delicious, I got the beef noodle soup with banh mi bread!

Positive: Great location overlooking the water and bridge with train. Comfortable room and easy access to the main part of the town.

Negative: Charged for morning breakfast coffee. Claimed breakfast was included but this did not include juice or coffee.
