Positive: Giá ổn. Phòng ốc OK.

Negative: Thái độ của lễ tân rất ba chấm. Chúng tôi đến không có một lời chào. Lễ tân giương mắt nhìn. Không một nụ cười. Chúng tôi ra vào như chốn không người, không ai đếm xỉa, lễ tân bưng tô cơm ngồi ăn. Có lẽ cơ sở thiếu nhân sự, nhưng có lẽ nào vì thế mà lại thuê nhân viên lễ tân kém nghiệp vụ như thế.

Positive: Nice entrance and area to sit outside. Close to restaurants.

Negative: We booked two rooms with windows and got instead rooms on the ground floor without any windows. It felt (and smells ) like sleeping in a cellar. The door to the bathroom was not possible to close. I would not recommend this place.

Summary: Very bad stay here because we got room without windows.

Positive: Actually there are two Romo accommodations in Quang Ngai. I ended up at the "wrong" one after a fall on my motorbike. Staff were amazing and rang the homestay (where I was actually booked) and arranged a transfer of the booking. Big hospital nearby which I needed and a short walk up to the main road through town. Very happy with the experience
