Positive: The view was great and exceptional. Quiet and serene with a nice garden view, too. The room that we stayed in was amazing with sea view. It was spacious and clean. We can snorkel right in front of our room. There were a group of reef sharks, needle fish with various types of tiny fishes performing, and playing in the water. They were therapeutic. They also have a nice swimming pool but if you are bringing food just be careful with the monkeys there.

Negative: Food option. The place was excluded, and it is far from the centre, leaving you with no option for food but to eat from the hotel restaurant which is expensive and not all food is nice. It's not really worth it for money. To go to the centre (Kg Tekek), you may need to take a boat taxi, which can cost up to RM 100-150 per person per ride. The nearest village is Kg Genting, which will cost RM 50 per person per ride. Suggest, you take the snorkelling package at the Dive Centre right beside the resaturant, which includes Kg Tekek, where you have the duty-free shop. Do try the famous Nasi KuKus from NR Restaurant (inside a blue building) if you are at Kg Tekek.

Positive: Excellent location, with great views from the island, the beach is not great (full of rocks) but the sea is full of life. The rooms are also very comfortable and the gardens are beautiful.

Negative: The restaurant services is not so good, one day we waited an hour an a half for our meal. Also, the quality of food is not consistent. There is lots of room for improvement, just clearing the paths to enter the sea would improve the experience, they are full of rocks and some have plastic garbage.

Positive: It was a good experience yet not worth of money. The staffs were too friendly and very helpful. Just a few menu’s to select and it’s too pricey. I took 4D3N and it cost me around RM2096 without including my lunch and dinner. They just provide breakfast and the menu is lesser to have. There’s nothing to do fun here but you can take boat to go snorkelling at the other places which will cost RM250 per person. And the environment is not same as the picture as there are plenty of broken woods by our walk path to our room. They haven’t repaired yet. Overall nice views, and a peaceful place to stay.

Summary: Not worth the money we spent.
