Positive: Traditional property - plenty of amenities, spacious, good AC, short drive to Alberobello.

Negative: We were disappointed that it costs €150 to use the indoor pool for a couple of hours. We found this out on arrival and it’s not made very clear on the website - at least the exact cost isn’t - it just says additional Charge in fine print. It should be included in the cost of the stay. It was out of action anyway for the majority of our stay. The sun loungers were quite uncomfortable but that’s mostly because I was 6 months pregnant.

Summary: Great stay, good service, breakfast plentiful.

Positive: The trullo and outside areas were spotless clean, we had plenty of space to walk around with our 3 year old and the pool was fantastic!

Negative: It would be nice to have some more bowls and serving dishes in the kitchen, but nothing major.

Positive: Gratzia, Gratzia, Gratzia and then the peaceful serene setting. We would love to go back. Everyone associated with the facility was pleasant and they went out of their way to insure our privacy. The future looks bright for your compound. The security is outstanding and oh, did I mention Gratzia?

Negative: A minor adjustment to the front door on the Sole would make opening and closing much more convenient.
