Our condo is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! New a/c Aug 2023 BLOWING COLD . Our condo is the one with the American flag flying on the balcony out lined in yellow in our opening picture. Don't be fooled by other listings showing Vistas building and not outlining their condo which may not be a direct gulf front condo. No fooling around here, it's a TRUE GULF FRONT CONDO (not a side unit) with two balconies many recent upgrades and is the nicest and cleanest unit in the building. If you desire a direct gulf front unit this is what you want. Vistas on the Gulf is a 38 unit condo on St. Pete Beach. If you've never been here, the beach is a great place for families and couples quiet and relaxing. We are the original owners of unit 301 and spend 15- 18 weeks / year there, it has become our oasis and happy place! If you want clean, rent our unit. Our part of the beach is very quiet and not busy at all. You'll have plenty of area to distance from others at the beach as you can see from our pictures. Our gulf front view is just incredible, not only during the day, but look at our pictures to see some of the spectacular sunsets and rainbows we've seen! Evenings on the front balcony are special. Relax listening to the gentle sounds of waves rolling in.
The unique thing about our unit is that we have two balconies--a large balcony directly facing west to the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Another balcony is off the second bedroom and faces south. This view gives you a great pool view and a beautiful gulf view. One of the nice features of our condo, is that you can walk right out to the beach and can enjoy several beach restaurants/bars and never even have to put on your shoes! Each unit is individually owned and we have added many personal touches. Master bedroom has a queen bed with a new (8/23) firm premium mattress and other bedroom has a bunk bed with stairs, twin mattress top / new (1/24) full size firm mattress bottom. The living room also has a new (8/23) queen sized sofa-sleeper and TCL brand smart TV, power leather recliner . As nice as the unit is, you'll most likely be enjoying the beautiful beach and weather outside! Air conditioning system recently installed (8/23). Everything in our unit operates as it should.
We deep clean, upgrade and replace items regularly during each of our 15 - 18 weeks we visit each year. We take great pride in our condo and believe in putting money back into it to keep it fresh, clean, updated and desirable. Just like you, we like staying in a clean updated well maintained condo when we vacation. We re invest in our condo continuously hoping that our guests have a wonderful experience. We love repeat guests. This is our happy place, let it be yours as well.

Summary: First off….Jim, the host is amazing! Very informative and responsive! His slice of Heaven is wonderful! Amazing views from both balcony’s! We enjoyed them every morning then for the sunset! Condo was as advertised!!!! We would definitely comeback!!!

Summary: We came down to move our son into college & chose this area for our stay. This condo is beautiful with a direct beachfront view! The location was perfect & the condo is SO CLEAN! Something that’s extremely important for us. The beds were very comfortable, The rooms were perfectly sized & the bathrooms were spotless. The owner, Jim, was very responsive to our questions & accommodating to any of our requests. I would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be returning!!

Summary: This spot is one of the most perfect on the beach. Condo is perfect and in the perfect location. The beach isn’t busy like other spots down the road. We plan on definitely staying again once we come back to St. Pete Beach.

Summary: My family and I were very impressed by the cleanliness of the unit! I have no complaints! Just like home except WOW! I don’t get to open my front curtain and have a spectacular view! Plenty of furniture on the balcony, only wish it was high top and could enjoy the view even more. That would be my only suggestion. (Perhaps not permitted for safety reasons) We had a great time and the owner and property assistants were wonderful!!

Summary: Condo was really clean and the owner's were responsive to any questions we had. We also had the office located on the second floor if there were any concerns. Location is great, plenty of fun areas within walking distance along the beach to grab a drink or a quick bit. We even got to see dolphins along the beach from our window on our last day.

Summary: We brought the kids to St Pete for the first time to celebrate our Anniversary! The Condo had everything we needed for indoor and outdoor living. It was nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler, that we didn’t have to purchase. We even added a boogie board to the collection. The balcony was our favorite with its stunning views of the beach and ocean. The kids loved having their own balcony too off their room. We can’t wait to visit again! One small request would to provide acrylic glassware and dinnerware for the kids and for use on the balconies.
