Summary: This was our first vacation in 25 years without our kids. We were looking for a place to stay near the beach, but yet not on the beach. We found this excellent place and would love to back again. Public beach access is across the street. A grocery store is close as well. The owner has all the beach gear you need. The cost of the apartment and closeness to the beach is a great value.

Summary: If you have never been to St Pete Beach then do yourself a favor and go! The beaches are amazing and this condo is across the street from a beach access and easy walk to the beach. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities you would expect. The bed was comfy and we even had Netflix and cable TV. The outdoor shower behind the condo was nice for after the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler bags and beach toys to use. The on site laundry was very easy to use as well. We also did a clear bottom kayak tour that's only a short drive away and that was amazing! Some good restaurants within walking distance. Everything you need is right down the road. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back next year. We had 3 adults and a 7 year old with us.

Summary: The pictures are very accurate of the property. It was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Beach access is across the street and Dolphin Village a short walk, which includes Publix Grocery and many other stores and restaurants. Seeing dolphins in the intercoastal waters was an enjoyment. Kip was very quick in responding to any questions. We stayed 7 weeks.

Summary: We loved everything about it!! The unit had everything we needed!! It also had such a comfortable bed! Very safe area, with lots to do and great restaurants close by. The beach was just across the street! The best part was the owner Kip.. he was so pleasant and helpful with any questions I had!! Thank you for a wonderful get away!!

Summary: We loved this property. It is newly updated, on the intercoastal, across the street from beach access and walking distance to restaurants, bars, drug store and groceries. You just can't beat this location. Kip's response time was very quick. We loved this place and will be back.
