Negative: There is nothing in your rooms. We paid $1500 for 5 nights, there’s no coffee maker, no microwave, nothing. The room was very tight, even for only 3 people. The group checking in front of us had a confirmation, but the hotel had no rooms. The staff didn’t even acknowledge we were there even though we did have a room. We had to wait for them to acknowledge us after standing there for over 20 minutes, after a 14 hour drive to Louisville. I definitely would seek alternative accommodation next time.

Positive: Super friendly staff. I love the layout of the main lobby. Location was convenient. Very clean.

Negative: Nothing really, everything was fine.

Positive: Staff was friendly and helpful. We spent lots of time in the lobby socializing and that was nice. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Negative: Prices were inflated because of the festival in town. The cushions on some of the seating areas in the lobby had old stains on them. A lot of other reviews said that the breakfast was good, but it was pretty basic by hotel standards.... Not much variety over the 3 days we were there. Also, we were hoping to watch the football game in the lobby but since the NFL put it on Prime, the hotel wasn't able to get it. Rooms were decent but not worth the inflated price.
