Summary: We enjoyed 9 days at this perfectly situated home while in Louisville! Nicole was super attentive to every detail and a pleasure to work with pre and during our stay. The house was spotless, warm cookies greeted us on arrival, the pool inviting and clean. A beautiful backyard to watch fireworks from all angles! A small water display with fish and lilly pads made our backyard time so relaxing. 4 families fit perfectly in this home. Large laundry space, amazing water pressure in the showers, a fun basement for kids of all ages. And again, an amazing host! Nicole goes above and beyond to make this your home away from home!

Summary: Home & owner are exceptional! 5 families stayed very comfortably in this home. Owner went way above to accommodate us. There were plenty of amenities in the home. Home owner even added fresh cut flowers throughout the house to make us feel special. I highly recommend this home & owner.

Summary: This home was beautiful and convenient to Churchill Downs, Downtown Louisville and Lexington. We had a great time the whole week of The Kentucky Derby. Although the home is tucked away in a nice neighborhood, stores, restaurants, and even a movie theater are just around the corner. The home owner, Nicole, was so helpful and made us feel welcomed in her home. She gave us suggestions of things to do before our trip which made it easy to make arrangements to go to the Horse Park in Lexington and plan a visit to a horse farm and a steamboat ride. The house was very clean and well cared for. We had one small issue but Nicole was there the next day to resolve the problem. I wish it had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool and great backyard space more. To anyone planning a trip to Louisville, I would definitely recommend this home.

Summary: This place was better than advertised. The owners had left restaurant recommendations and commemorative derby glasses for us. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of the time we were at the house on the back deck which was beautiful. We were close enough to the downs that cab rides were pretty cheap and easier to get than being downtown. I would definitely recommend this rental.
