Summary: Wonderful host who was quick to respond to any questions. Property was well maintained and clean. They had all the necessary kitchen gadgets and cookware.Overall great experience.

Summary: This property was what we had hoped for. Property was very clean and well stocked from the kitchen to the linens and towels. The only suggestion would be that the master bath shower could use a refresh. We had a horrible experience in 2023 with a house we rented and this year we came prepared for anything. We were very happy with what we arrived to. We met Joe the owner and he was very helpful and welcoming. We arrived to flowers and a bottle of wine which was very thoughtful. Summary: This house was lovely and well-equipped. The kitchen, especially, had everything we needed. The TV was great. We used the neighborhood weight room often. There were not a lot of community activities.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Joe’s home. It’s comfortable and in a very nice and friendly neighborhood. The kitchen is very well equipped (not the case at some rentals), the community pool is very nice and well heated. Joe (and his wife) even had flowers and a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived.

Summary: This house was a great place to stay. It was clean and nicely decorated and furnished. The owner was very accommodating and always available for problems and questions. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: We have stayed at about 20 home rentals and this is one of the cleanest I have ever been to. Furniture is real, fully stocked kitchen, beds are real - Owner makes it his home as well and it shows. Owner's inlaws are local and so nice and fixed a few things immediately. Owner is extremely interested in making your stay perfect. Neighborhood is beautiful - great location. We will stay there again if in Naples. Highly recommend

Summary: Very comfortable house in Naples with excellent air conditioning. Nicely furnished, with a comfortable king bed. Well-stocked with plenty of towels. We liked that it was not in the most high-traffic area yet was convenient to everything. The owner was extremely responsive to all our questions and requests. A few things for improvement: The appliances are old and need updating, and the shower enclosure in the master bathroom needs to be replaced. It is old and grungy and the door sticks. All-in-all a good place to stay.

Summary: We were very comfortable in this light-infused home. Location 10 minutes from downtown Naples excellent. Enjoyed our days of sun at the pool. Explored the area and restaurants and had a very relaxing month!
