THE SPACE:
Our comfortable 3 Bed / 2 Bath home is stocked full of all the amenities you desire for home cooking, traveling with kids, enjoying the pool and beach, and a wonderful nights rest. The house offers a true indoor/outdoor living experience with the living room patio door opening completely to the lanai, and the primary bedroom equipped with patio doors leading out to the pool.
The gorgeous Naples Pier Beach on the Gulf of Mexico is only 4 miles away.
You are only 10 minutes to the famous Naples 5th Ave- full of exceptional shops, world-class restaurants and notable entertainment. Stunning gulf courses, pickleball courts, botanical gardens, Naples Zoo and the community theater are just a few options to explore locally! Groceries and essentials are less than a mile from the home.

Additional outdoor amenities include an outdoor living room with a TV, dining area, lounge chairs, multiple sitting areas, gas grill, and pool floats!
PET FRIENDLY:
One dog per reservation is welcome. The side yard has a grass area for your dog. We ask all guests to pick up after your pup.

We are only 4 miles from the Iconic Naples Pier Beach - sugar sand stretches out as far as the eye can see! The Pier is a wonderful place to fish or watch a magnificent sunset over the Gulf (no matter how many times you see it, it does not get old.) We have all the beach amenities so you can enjoy the beach day and return to your nearby home away from home.

Summary: House is amazing- very relaxing, wonderful pool and has all the amenities for a beach day - chairs, coolers, bikes, - you name it, they had it! It was also nice to see an abundance of other supplies like extra paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags - everything was there. Great hosts- never had any issues- would definitely stay again!

Summary: The space, the extra amenities, and the location of this house are really great! The hosts, Mike and Clem, were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The pictures in the listing were accurate. The neighborhood was comfortable and safe with a short distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and much more. We definitely recommend a stay here.

Summary: We have stayed at a number of VRBOs In the East Naples area. The locations has always been great. However Michael’s service and the extra amenities in his home set his rental apart from many others. We would book again.

Summary: Can’t fault anything. Property was just as advertised with loads of space. Thoughtfully provided chairs and cool box to use at beach and two bikes if you fancy a cycle. Didn’t need to bother Mike and Clem much but when we did, they were really helpful. Beds and lounge area furniture very comfortable. Access to the gym/larger pool was excellent too. Other users very friendly. Would definitely use again

Summary: We, group of friends, enjoyed our stay at Mike and Clem's house a lot! They were the perfect hosts: super quick and easy communication (!!), very helpful in every way. The house is exactly like it is shown on the pictures. Only the room with the queensize bed is a little smaller than it appears. The house has quite new furniture and is very well equipped. Especially the beach equipment (6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, big cool/ice box, beach trolley) is worth mentioning. The house is perfect for a couple and 2-3 kids, two couples and 1/2 singles or just 2 couples. The pool area is very private because of bushes and palm trees around it. On the other hand, it also causes to get shady relatively quickly, but this hardly affected us because we were on the beach all day. Location: only 10 min to the beach and 2 min to the next supermarket. The only small minus point comes from the fact that the house is relatively close to the main road, so you almost always heard the passing cars. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you again, Mike and Clem!
