This is by far the best location close to the town of Dominical in beautifully Paradise Breezes with jungle and ocean views from every room in the house! Our luxury home is privately gated and secure onside a private community. Brand new construction with all custom hardwood furniture and interior, Tile floors throughout and rare pool and hot tub (including heat). Fall asleep to the sound of the monkeys below! All 4 bedroom suites have a unsuited bathrooms. Sleeps 8 in beds comfortably With 5 Kings and 2 doubles. New huge 6 burner gas grill, Beach Chairs, cooler and Umbrella provided. If you have children we have a fold out pack and play and high chair available.
This home is a three story luxury home with three bedroom suites on the upper floor, one bedroom on lower floor (with private deck) and main floor consisting of a gourmet size kitchen, living/dining area, infinity pool and sun decks. Flat screen TV's in Living room. High speed cable internet service in every room! Kitchen includes a full sized oven, gas cooktop, full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Gas grill located on the back porch.
Villa Las Ramas has a battery banked solar system which will quietly and perfectly power the villa during power outages. If by any chance the outage is extended, automatic load shedding ensures that primary functions and security system remain fully active.

Dominical is famous for some of the best and most consistent surf in the world. Suitable for all levels of proficiency. We are also just a short boat ride away from Corcovado National Park and a short drive to Manuel Antonio National Park. The Quepos marina just north of the home is where some of best offshore fishing in the world can be found. Inshore fishing launches their boats just 3 km south of the house for a easy fun day at sea.

Summary: Celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday with friends for one week. This place is just so beautiful. The pictures do it no justice all! We were surrounded my the forest and had a view of the ocean, saw Toucans and monkeys. The pool and hot tub were refreshing ing and the pool cleaner came twice while we were there. Tons of plates, silverware, pots and pans to cook. Simply perfect! We will be back for sure! Some tips: 1.YES YOU NEED 4 wheel drive!! Its non negotiable, the road is extremely steep! 2. You will be out in nature, be prepared to see all kinds of critters! 3. The property management team is very very helpful.

Summary: This property was beautiful! My friends and I had an amazing time here. The view was stunning and the property was perfect for our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here! Just be sure that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle because you will not be able to get to the property without one.
