This is a very private and comfortable 3 bedroom home with an extensive garden and a large infinity pool. Outdoor sun and shade spaces are built around the pool to experience the beauty and wonder of Costa Rica’s lush green jungles and Pacific Ocean views. Often sloths are living in the trees above the pool and numerous other types of wildlife, butterflies, hummingbirds, exotic birds visit daily. Located in a gated community 5 minutes from the cool beach town of Dominical. Where you can find shopping, restaurants and numerous outdoor adventure activities, including a popular surf break.
Ideal for a vacation stay for a couple or couples, families with older children. All Bedrooms have private entrances, comfy large beds, air conditioning, smart TVs, Wi-Fi and bathrooms. The combined full kitchen and living space has all the amenities and comforts of home. Plenty of indoor and outdoor dining spaces.
One of the jewels of the home is the outdoor lush colorful gardens and rancho surrounding a large very private pool. It has lots of comfortable seating to suntan or relax in the shade. Costa Rica outdoors is where you find the true “Pura Vida”. The abundant variety of wildlife seen from the pool and garden is amazing, from butterflies, hummingbirds, toucans, parrots, sloths and monkeys. Not only can you see the Ocean from this home you can hear it and a favorite easily accessible undeveloped beach, Playa Linda, is only 15 minutes away.
In an effort to maintain the beauty and care of our garden and pool, this villa receives maintenance for both on Thursdays. Our crew will try to complete the tasks quickly and efficiently, so that your stay is not interrupted.

Summary: House was gorgeous with awesome views. It had all the amenities, it was clean and the property management company was great - they helped us book all the fun activities (Jungle ATV, whitewater rafting, and the beautiful waterfalls). Look no further when you need a place to stay on your next family vacation!

Summary: Beautiful home with all the amenities you need ! We ate in at night and found everything we needed to make dinners. Enjoyed watching the various wildlife especially the baby sloth! The pool was perfect after a long day. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We rented Villa Don Pedro for 3 weeks. The villa is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation. The private pool was the icing on the cake! I loved the maid service and all the help from our concierge to make our stay enjoyable. The concierge gave us lots of helpful advice about the area that we used in planning our day trips and even made sure we had good Costa Rica coffee in our welcome basket. It is truly a beautiful property in a wonderful country and we hope to return one day.

Summary: This home is spectacular! It is so well appointed, we felt like it was our home away from home immediately. When we arrived it was very clean and ready for our arrival. The kitchen had all the modern conveniences allowing us to conveniently cook and serve many of our meals. The bedrooms were bright and comfortable. The view of the Pacific Ocean from the back patio and infinity pool was absolutely incredible; the sunsets were awesome. We had howler monkeys in the side yard one evening and a pair of Toucans nesting in a tree above the home. This is a well-maintained home and makes you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door.

Summary: Our stay here was amazing!! The house was very clean and well kept! The property was beautiful and I loved seeing all the nature that surrounded the area! The concierge was super nice and helped us with anything we needed! The location was perfect. It was very private and peaceful but still close to the beach, local shops, and restaurants! Overall our stay was awesome and I would recommend it to all my friends and family!

Summary: The house and property are very nice, well equipped, clean and with all the comforts that you would need to have a nice holiday. The only negative aspect of our stay was in relation with the concierge service, it was lacking in providing information and the attitude of the concierge left something to be desired.
