Positive: House is not at all in the state as shown in the pictures.
Negative: Outside would need renovation, trimming of grass and a barbecue grill which is rather standard for such a house would be nice to have.

Positive: Nice location in between Odda and Trolltunga. Whole house is yours, though it is quite expensive for 2 people. Market close by (walking distance).
Negative: Air conditioner not functioning properly. Front garden could be mowned.
