Positive: The room is good size and easy to move around with a separate kitchen with simple utensils and washing machine. There is sofa in the room. We had an issue with door code for one of the rooms during check-in, but it was quickly resolved once we were able to get hold of the office. The rooms faces a beautiful view of the scenery around the area.

Negative: We felt the beds are too small and put in a odd corner where the TV is above the head. Also we had issue when check-in one of the rooms and had problems contacting the office as our handphone could not call Norway number. The room code was reset twice but still it didn't work. We finally found a local who helped us call the local number to quickly resolved the room code issue. We found of the rooms had a strong paint smell. Also, we had 3 twin rooms, but all the rooms TV don't seem to work well or the same as the other rooms.

Positive: Located quite close to Trilltunga hike. The view could be good, but depends a lot on the floor you are on. There is parking next to the hotel.

Negative: Outpriced. Not worth it. Pictures give you a false imoression of a nice expensive hotel, which it is not. It is both the hostel and the aparthotel. Has 2 floors. Imho, could be worth staying a night before your hike if you don;t have any other options.

Positive: The apartment was great size, and the staff set up a travel cot for our 1 year old. The kitchen was small but has an oven. For those hiking trolltunga, it is a perfect location close to the trail and grocery store.

Negative: We struggled to use the TV and the bathroom shower because the floor got wet everywhere, and our toddler fell a few times.

Positive: The location was excellent, and it was nice to have a tiny balcony with a superb view of the mountains and fjord, plus it was pleasant to have a kitchen and full sized fridge, microwave, etc., and ample floor space. Also, parking was convenient, laundry facilities were available and functioned well, and the place was quiet.

Negative: The furnishings were bare-bones and did not fit well in the space. (We relocated the twin beds to make them accessible, and the furniture on the little balcony obstructed the door.) Also, the broad area below our balcony was unkept and surprisingly trashy. And of course, the price was a bit steep, which is understandable in this prime location during the high season (late July).
