Positive: Beautiful accommodation. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was great with pool access. We loved the taps for cleaning feet outside each pool access room. Beach access was lovely and we loved chilling on the hammocks. No complaints

Negative: AC didn’t work properly. Not much of an effort put in to fix the problem Staff was very neutral. First time I experienced in a Cinnamon Hotel Dinner Buffet - very much substandard. Being a coastal hotel no seafood at all.

Negative: I felt like the guards around the property were not used to guests walking onto the beach and the streets, there was a subtle 'hey, where you going? Or hey, prove that you are staying here..' vibe.. nothing some training can't sort out.
