Summary: Nice place to stay but they charge a bed tax of 5% for each night and the older gentleman at the front desk could be a little nicer on the phone and in person but it all good 😊

Another unpleasant occurrence was the discovery of a deceased rodent or squirrel in proximity to the pool. Additionally, the hot tub requires cleaning (water full of mosquitoes and flies)

Summary: Very nice place for the price in the off season. However, the air is not central. It’s a wall unit that kicks on and off all night long. Plus in my room, 414, it also squeaked very loud. Kept waking me up over and over. Room was impeccably clean. Front desk staff so so friendly wise.

Summary: I am returning guest - the hotel, staff and amenities are perfect. Everything is clean, pool area is very nice. Room looks as new, spacious, bed is super comfortable. This was my second stay in May, both were amazing. When I wíl come next time to Bonita Springs or Naples area, I will come to Trianon again.

Summary: Absolutely excellent experience. Hotel and all amenities are in very good conditions. Everything is super clean, staff was very nice. Pool was fantastic, an evening swimming was super. I will be in Bonita Springs soon again and I already booked this hotel. Really recommend it.
