Updated in 2019, you'll find a King bed in the primary bedroom & a Queen and XL Twin bed in the guest bedroom with elite Tufts and Needle mattresses. Enjoy high-speed internet and cable TV powering the 55" TV in the living area and the 42" TV in both bedrooms .
Be part of nature as you view your surroundings through an 8' high sliding glass door system enabling 16' of panoramic open air to the lanai and beyond. The main living areas are tiled and you'll find luxury laminate flooring in both bedrooms. The Living room has a sleeper sofa and the kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware. The pool, hot tub and pool house amenities areas are just steps outside your door . The exclusive gated Bonita Bay campus features 2400 acres of nature, including 12 miles of walking and biking paths (drop of and pick up bike rentals available), three parks, picnic areas, pickleball, bocce courts, playgrounds, boardwalks, and fishing pier into Estero Bay and the Imperial River. Free shuttle services operate throughout the day to the area beaches (pending the reopening of the fabulous private beach and concourse scheduled for Jan 2025). Summary: We rented a 3rd floor unit for a week in Dec 2022 and it was great! We are hotel people and this was my first time renting so we were new to all this. Brett, the owner, responded to my questions immediately and he was nothing but kind, professional, accommodating and mindful of a traveler’s expectations! We were very comfortable there and it felt like a second home right away. Their unit is clean, well supplied, nicely furnished and decorated with a great layout and a beautiful large lanai. It is quiet and right across from the pool. The elevator was great for my parents! Brett is great host and I’m looking forward to renting from him again:).

Summary: We found ourselves having to come to the area immediately after the hurricane to care for my father in law who was hospitalized in Naples, after his home in Cape Coral was damaged. There were absolutely no hotels available. We were blessed to find Brett’s quaint villa in Bonita Springs. Brett bent over backwards to help us. He is such a nice man!!!! The villa is adorable and so comfortable. We loved relaxing on the screened in porch after long hours at the hospital. We highly recommend this villa! Thank you, Brett!!!!!

Summary: Property manager is very quick with responding & he is very nice. Property is extremely clean, stocked with a lot of things to make you comfortable for your stay. Neighborhood is very quiet. Pool is right across the parking lot. The beach isn’t far at all either! Overall a very wonderful place. This was our second year staying here, and we can’t wait to come back again next year!
