The second bedroom boasts a gigantic walk-in closet and entry to a convenient laundry room. The large kitchen has a cozy dinette area, perfect for morning coffee. The spacious living/dining room is ideal for entertaining! The lanai serves as perfect lounging quarters for lazy, breezy afternoons.

The Treviso Bay complex offers more than 1,400 acres of property with miles of hiking, jogging, walking, and biking trails and includes assigned covered parking. The satellite pool and barbeque grill alcove are close by and are fully equipped with a Green Egg and an additional gas grill.
