The holiday home sits on a large bush block located within walking distance of Frothy Coffee and the local playground. A large deck wraps across the front allowing an excellent outside living environment for all guests. A gas BBQ is provided for your enjoyment and an outside shower for when you return from the lake and beach.
The home boasts modern, light and bright open plan living areas with plenty of ceiling to floor glass windows allowing the sun light to shine through and provide guests with views across the Tree Tops of Smiths Lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could require to cook up a storm. There is air conditioning and also a wood fireplace for those cooler nights (initial bag of wood supplied during Winter).

Summary: Will definitely return for another stay

Summary: The house is beautiful, well equipped and well located. Air-conditioning is good, but if you go in high summer (30+ C), the air-conditioner in the living area struggles to reach the bedrooms, so it might get a bit warm - even at night. Apart from that, the property was absolutely perfect. Lots of trees around it, lake views and just 200m distance from the boat ramp, playground and the coffee shop. One important point. If you have accessibility issues, there will be a few stairs to climb to get to the front door - about the equivalent to two stores. The place was beautiful, we loved our stay, and would definitely stay there again. It fitted our needs perfectly and exceeded our expectations.
