Positive: Perfect location in Smith’s Lake, 100m or less relatively easy walk to both beach and frothy coffee cafe. Large open deck areas and private garden.

Negative: Nothing not to like!

Summary: Family of 2 young children and a teen with dogs to match. We all fit in without being crowded. Lake views from the deck

Positive: Location and amenities. Beautiful view and 2 large decks. Very quiet and close to the lake. Fans in all bedrooms and in living area

Negative: Small bedrooms and kitchen. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are really only suitable for children.

Positive: Loved the location, the property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great views and a lovely homey vibe.

Negative: The mattresses were on the uncomfortable side, bedding was musky and the linen was very worn down and cheap. The owner lives on the property in the unit below, which was okay but it should state that prior to booking.

Positive: Excelllent location and Jeff easy to deal with. Would recommend and would consider staying again!

Negative: Some blinds on the windows behind the lounge would be nice to cut down glare. Maybe better still to have an outdoor blind on edge of balcony (that faces the water) to enable enjoyment in the heat of the day.
