Positive: This was one of the best stays we had in over 13 years of traveling. I don’t even know where to begin. We have never felt at home right from the very first minute as much as here. For starters, it is equipped with pretty much everything you could ever need on vacation. On top, it was probably the cleanest apartment I’ve ever been to and the first one were I was more than happy to put my clothes into the wardrobe because everything smelled fantastic. The sheets are changed regularly and the pool is also maintained every other day by a lovely guy. It is spotless! The place itself is simply stunning with a perfect mix of modern but cozy furniture indoors and outdoors and the traditional charm of a Greek villa. The more than 100 years old olive grove puts your mind at ease while floating in the pool and you will never want to leave. The pool loungers are also very comfortable and you can’t help but take a welcome nap. Normally we’re the type to be out exploring the island till late and going to dinner but here we were debating not even leaving the villa at all. The location is more on the remote side which is exactly what we were looking for, but still it is far from inaccessible. No super steep side road or dirt road to get there and you can reach all the amazing sandy beaches of the island in no time. I do recommend a rental car however. Last but most certainly not least: the incredible hospitality (in the most non-intrusive way) of the hosts and Ioannis. This is what made the stay truly special. The apartment alone is an easy 10/10 but this made it a no-brainer. Thank you!

Positive: We loved absolutely everything about this wonderfully homely villa! We needed for nothing. Even a fully stocked Bazaar mini market a couple of minutes away by car. We've never been left so much food by a host and a mid week cake as well! Definitely recommend.

Negative: Literally the only thing we could say is its a little too easy to lock yourself out, even if you have been warned beforehand! :)

Positive: First time ever my husband and I have revisited a holiday villa, which sums up how perfect Tree of Life is! Clean, luxurious and great location. Car hire is a must but being only 30 mins from airport getting there is easy. Our second visit just as perfect as the first but explored even more of the island this time round with more left to discover. Tree of life has everything needed for a quiet relaxing break or exploring all that Kefalonia has to offer, the choice is yours.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. We received a warm welcome from Ioannis, some goodies on arrival and the toiletries were good. The villa is tastefully decorated with a perfect, quiet location with a lovely view of the sea.

Positive: The Villa is new, well decorated, very clean and we loved the style. The furniture and bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with homemade food, coffee, wine,condiments, fresh olive oil from the garden grove and much more. Of course the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals etc. The bathroom had more than ample towels and toiletries. The olive trees surrounded the house are incredible, offering shade and tranquility. The property is very secure and easy access to any amenities you may need.

Positive: Excellent amenities, very clean and well furnished - air conditioned - plenty of equipment - sunlounges and cleaned swimming pool (twice during the stay ) Our flight was delayed 5 hours and our host prepared a home cooked meal with plenty of supplies for the following days, an outstanding personal touch which makes all the difference. During our stay a home baked cake was offered by the owner who came to say hello. A very close by beach is available - local supermarket at 5 minutes - car is necessary !
