Positive: The apartment is spacious and clean. It perfectly matches the description and photos. Communication with the hosts was pleasant, everything went smoothly, and we fully enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, close to both the train and bus stations, which makes exploring Milan and the surrounding area much easier if you’re planning to do so. There is a shop right across the building that stays open a bit longer (until around 10 PM, I think), so you can easily buy anything you might need.

Negative: We have nothing negative to say about this apartment. Someone mentioned noise from cars on the road next to the building, which made us a bit concerned before arriving; however, it really wasn’t a problem at all, and after around 10 PM everything quiets down, so we slept in perfect peace. We were also a bit worried about safety since the apartment is close to the train and bus stations, where there are all kinds of people, but the neighborhood felt safe and pleasant to us, and we didn’t feel unsafe at any point.

Summary: We are extremely satisfied with our stay in this apartment.

Positive: Very spacious, clean and very accesible. Plus there is a restaurant open until 4 am right around the corner so we got food after the event and ate in the apartment.

Negative: Well it is not their fault actually but the apartment is situated in an area where lots of black people but they are fine. One must have a bad impression just seeing small groups of colored people around the area.

Summary: Above expectations. Will be back for sure.
