Positive: Everything was excellent for our 4-day stay for a family of three. The host responded to every question we had, even addvice us places we can visit in Bergamo. He offered us to leave our luggage before check-in time so we could walk around in peace. The apartment is only 6-7 minutes from the station. Next to the appartment bilding there is a grocery store -IL GIGANTE . It was very cosy - the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, extremely clean and new. There is a washing machine, oven, dishwasher.... Everything you need. Thank you Roberto:)

Positive: The location is close to the train and bus station, so, very convenient. Bus stops are nearby. The place was beautiful, very clean, and well-tought. It appears to be a new residential building, and we saw a number of residents during our stay. The apartment is spacious, looks new, and wery well done. It is managed by a private host, which was very responsive. He met us in person to show us the apartment and give us the access card. There is a grocery store next door which was very convenient and used by locals. The view from the balcony was very nice, as we could partially see the "citta alta" and a little bit of the mountains. This was the only property during our month-and-a-half Europe/Turkiye trip in which the sheets smelled like freshly washed. Wonderful! The kitchen was well equipped, although there were no pans, only pots (good pots). The host provided detergent for the washing machine, which we very much appreciated. The bed mattress was super comfortable, although the sofa cama not so much. There is an elevator—great, since the apartment is on the third floor. There are ample doors/windows that allow for excellent ventilation and natural light.

Negative: No wifi! (but that is clearly stated in the description of the property, so, if you must have wifi, this is not the place to stay(at least not now)). We had to get out to either the library or the citta alta to go online and do our business.

Summary: Excellent, relaxing stay. Good location, very clean apartment!
