Located in a quiet neighborhood about seven miles from the shores of Lake Tahoe and eight miles from Heavenly Mountain Resort, you'll have fun at your fingertips no matter what time of year you visit. Play a round of golf at the Lake Tahoe Golf Course before exploring the trails near Echo Peak. Do a little fishing on the rivers or rent a boat to get out on the water. In the winter, you can shred the fresh powder at Heavenly or do some sledding right out in the big backyard.
Kick off the snow from slopes or the dirt from the trails and get warm next to the gas fireplace. Fire up the gas grill while you check the forecast with the free WiFi. Those with mobility issues will appreciate step-free access to the bathroom and bedroom, accessible-height toilet and bed, wide clearance to bed, and wide hallway entrance.

Summary: Overall good experience. Summer weather made the house a little warmer than what I expected, but all the amentities and services worked great.

Summary: It was really near where we needed to be for a Renaissance Faire. It's a quiet and safe area. The house was nice, but the upstairs master bedroom has no privacy if someone is sleeping in the bunkbed with trundle. There is no door to separate the areas. Or even a curtain. The beds unfortunately were not that comfortable for us. They sink down when you get in. Not sure if they are foam or something else. The upstairs shower doesn't drain properly and you end up in a pool of water. The master bath is large and quite nice with a jucuzzi type tub. Just know that even with fans, it's still hot, as it has no AC. The kitchen has lots of cookware, utensils and dishes, which is really nice. Overall its a decent place to stay.

Summary: Over all this is a great place to stay, it is quite spacious. It was really clean and accommodating, absolutely loved the shower/ steam room, it was a great surprise. On the downside the freezer was not working and some of our food was wasted because of that, but fortunately the fridge side worked well, the pots and pans were very new I appreciated that, however there were only four plates and 4 salad plates no can opener and I didn’t think I would have to buy one for this trip, also the washer machine was not working, and it would have be good to know this in advance, these are little things that won’t ruin your stay at all I am sure these things will be fixed for the next tenant. The only thing I did not like at all was the guy coming to the house by 9am and looking inside through the door from his car and parking right in front before we were ready to leave, we felt rushed, please don’t do that for your next guests.

Summary: Convenient home. Wish the washer was not out of service but the dryer worked .no privacy from main bedroom to the hallway leads to the bunk beds and stairs but it was nice to see my son sleeping from the main room. We really enjoyed our stay and felt safe in the neighborhood and having access to the garage with the main entrance being the garage door was the best for loading and unloading everyone and luggage. Great comfortable experience!

Summary: Having access to the garage is very nice. Upstairs bedrooms have no door but is good for parents with kids who need to have supervision. Open concept loft to upstairs bedrooms with no door. Bathroom upstairs was great with nice shower. Upstairs bed is really firm. Wish the dryer was not out of service. No A/c but windows open at night help. Most days are cool and breezy. Nice quiet neighborhood. 15 min to downtown heavenly gondola area. Overall it was a comfortable stay . Not having a long list of checkout duties was very nice! Will come again.

Summary: Overall, this home had most of what we needed as a home away from home. However... There was hot water issues. Water ran out within min of showering and then turned ice cold. This was quite frusting to find out after hiking all day and hoping to come back to a nice hot shower only to find it was short lived hot water. The master bedroom has no door on it. There is no smart devices or smart tvs in either bedroom... only a dvd player. There were no BBQ tools available. We were unable to control the temperature, as the house is controlled by a nest thermostat which was on a temperature schedule. We would constantly wake up hot with very dry air. Outside of my concerns, the house was very clean and located in a great location.
