Summary: My husband and I rented this adorable cabin for our anniversary. It was perfect for a couple, or a small family. The cabin is done beautifully with everything you need. The property is beautiful and we loved watching the chickens out our windows. Since it is so close to the lake there are swarms of mosquitoes so definitely come prepared with a thermacell, long clothing, and bug net. We appreciated the proximity to the trails and to Grand Marais. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Summary: Very true to the listing. Clean and cozy. Has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. If you go up late winter/early spring, definitely need a FWD or good AWD vehicle, but the host did alert us ahead of time. Would definitely book another stay.
