Positive: The photos dont do the property and location justice❤️ we have been to alot of cottages around wales, and this has been one of the best. The location is stunning and you can walk to the bottom hill to the waterfall and then abit further is the shops. The cottage has everything you need, clean, tidy, hot water for all 9 of us to have a shower and believe me this doesnt happen normally. Gas bbq, outdoor seating and the sun set in the evenings over the mountains. Chickens, sheep and cows all came to welcome us we will definitely be back

Negative: Minor but lack of mirrors in bedroom and outdoor seating not very comfortable but im picking

Positive: Great location, clean & friendly farm animals were a nice bonus 😀

Negative: Nearly perfect. EV car charger seemed only to charge 20 KW at a time and then stop. Happened each time I used it.

Positive: Nice rural location, very quiet with a wonderful view. 4 good bedrooms large living room and dining room/kitchen. Had all the modern facilities. Easy access if climbing Snowdon. Key code was sent with address a couple of days before we arrived

Negative: A lovely location but a steady walk up a steep slope. We did not have transport, but was able to walk. Llanberis facilities was about 1km away.

Positive: Our family of 7 spent Christmas here. It's a beautiful house in a beautiful location, with mountain views, sheep, chickens, and dark skies at night for star gazing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including logs for the fire. There's also a bedroom on the ground floor, which was perfect for my Mum and her elderly dog. We all enjoyed our stay very much and are thinking of coming back in the summer! Highly recommend 😊

Negative: It is very creaky upstairs, but it all adds to the charm (and alerted us to little feet wanting to see if Santa was there yet 😆).

Positive: Great accommodation with 4 large bedrooms, very comfy beds, and a large, uncluttered downstairs living room and kitchen. We loved being able to put the fire on when we got home from our walk, and the house was perfect for dogs as not too much clutter around for them to knock with their waggy tails! The house is in a great location for Snowdon. We also loved that we were able to plug in our electric car to charge overnight. We'd definitely stay again.

Negative: The road going up to the house is VERY NARROW! If you have a particularly wide car, or are not a great driver, it will be a struggle to get round without scratching it. We just managed with a few mm to spare. Otherwise it is a fairly steep walk up the hill if you leave it at the bottom. It wouldn't stop us staying there again, but worth mentioning for others.

Summary: Great large house in a beautiful location close to Snowdon, loved it!
