Summary: We enjoyed a lot our holidays in Normandie, not only for sport but also tourism. The "chaumière" is located in a very quiet place, near a forest, small villages and only 10/12 km from Argentan. It's confortable enough for a big family or friends group. The owner, Marguerite, very gentle and friendly with us. She offered bikes for the children and invited us to her own house and see the horses. Her husband, very helpful in order to solve the very few and small inconvenients happened: for example, the dishwasher didn't work and they had no problem in buying a new one for us. Bit by bit they are upgrading the old parts of the house. Conclusion: a very recommendable place to stay at. Hopefully we will come back next year or sometime in the future.
