Summary: This is a very cute house and we especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a wine in the evening. Good starting point for hikes into the mountain. But a car is of course necessary to get there and move around. There is a lovely restaurant in walking distance.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this unique old traditional house, which has been carefully renovated. The owner was more than hospitable, both in welcoming us to his house and in supplying all that is needed for staying there. The house has a modern bathroom and and has kept traditional furnishings in the bedroom and living area. There is a secluded outdoor area for sitting in the morning or evening. It is close, a short walk, from a tavern for meals. The coastal areas can be reached in a 20-30 minute drive. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Summary: Property very cosy and charming, and a great base from which to to explore the whole of island of Kos. Nikos was an excellent host, and very patient and accommodating with us regarding some property which we left 😭 Would thoroughly recommend.

Summary: We had a perfect time at Nikos place. His house is wonderfully located at a small village on the half way of a mountain to the center of the island. Everyone, who likes a quite retreat apart the touristic hotspots, will find a perfect place to stay here. By car you get within 15-20 minutes to shopping opportunities and nice beaches, Kos City is not very far and good to reach. A nice Taverna is just 5-10 minutes to walk. The days were quite hot in July on Kos but in the later evening, it got a little colder in the beautiful old and carefully renovated building (so we even don’t needed the air condition), and we had some wind on the terrace, from which you look out on a wild green field with a lots of fig trees (you even can see the ocean in the distance - and fantastic sunsets). Nikos himself was a perfect host: very sympathetic, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
