Summary: Property comfortable and clean. Enjoyed time in the unit and on the porch over looking the water. Nice pool area. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.What more could one want.

Summary: Excellent home: very spacious and clean. We loved the back deck. It was beautiful to sit out on the morning and see all the wildlife in the canal. Beds were comfortable and LOTS of space. The pool was a short walk and the pool is immaculate! Nice big and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. There were stores and beaches within 10 minutes of the property. JAX beaches only 20 minutes away. We loved it. Definitely recommend!

Summary: We spent a long weekend so my husband could play in a golf tournament at Sawgrass. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The screen porch was such a relaxing spot to read. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. Perfect location, just a couple minutes from the Sawgrass clubhouse and many restaurants. Our host Jay was very responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Quiet, reasonably nice unit. Comfortable. Could use some upgrades to plumbing (bathroom sink drains slow). Ants in the pantry were annoying.A regular coffee maker would be nice. Probably need to replace/upgrade the outdoor grill. Overall, more than adequate.
