Positive: The area was very remote but the views from the cottage were amazing. Cottage was lovely and very cosy when we lit the fire with logs supplied. Wine and biscuits left for us were very much appreciated.too.

Negative: One thing we were a bit worried about was walking across the top of the stairs if we got up in the night to the bathroom we left a light on the landing after the first night as it was so dark we felt it would be easy to miss your footing and fall down the stairs. It was fine with the light on. Maybe a small plug-in light on the landing would make it feel a bit safer
