Positive: After being let down by another booking, I turned up to Tower Ridge relieved and so excited for my two night stay, wishing I had booked longer! The place was just perfect for what I needed; it was super clean, incredibly well equipped, and very comfortable. The host, Anne, confirmed the booking in what must have been record time and sent really helpful directions to the property. It's only a stones throw from shops etc you need, but secluded enough to feel like you're high up in the mountains on your own (apart from a few cows grazing!) looking out to the infamous Ben Nevis from either a balcony or your own private patio area. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the shower just right. I really cannot speak highly enough of this place, it was just perfect!

Negative: I didn't book to stay long enough!

Summary: I wish I stayed longer!

Positive: The apartment itself is very well maintained and quite spacious. The host was helpful and friendly in the virtual interactions during check in/out. The location is great, but if you don't have your own car, then it is a bit off the. centre of Fort William.

Negative: As an improvement suggestion, I would recommend to give the tenant his own control on the heating level rather than having it done remotely by the host.

Positive: The accommodations had a nice modern kitchen and spacious bathrooms. Loved the view of Ben Nevis from the kitchen table and outdoor patio area! Comfortable family room with plenty of seating and wonderfully decorated throughout. Loved the Highland Soap Co. products provided in both bathrooms - a nice touch! Host was a good communicator and responsive.

Negative: Recommend providing ice cube trays for guests (we couldn’t find any in the freezer or kitchen cabinets). Also, we had ground coffee so would have appreciated a drip coffee maker but there was a French Press, an electric tea kettle, and Nespresso machine with complimentary pods included! :)

Summary: Wonderful stay and strongly recommend. Will return if we have the opportunity to do so!

Negative: Beds were OK but a little firm for my liking. A couple of extra kitchen utensils such as a sieve would be good. I'm nitpicking as the accommodation is superb.

Positive: Fantastic location to the Nevis Range bike park - an easy 5-10 minute bike ride on the path (which is more direct that the road). Spacious, clean, open apartment. Helpful and responsive owner available to help us with any issues/questions. Great facilities and kitchen, roomy bedrooms, nice bathrooms, great view with outdoor furniture on patio - overall, fantastic!

Negative: Nothing, everything was great!
