Positive: Prior arrival, host have given clear location and checkin details so very easy in getting to the apartment. Comfy lodge with chic vibes. The lodge is clean, warm and kitchen is well equipped. The lodge is located in a private area and near Geysir and Bruarfoss. We had a great time enjoying the outside hot tub and beautiful sunset. Host responded to our questions promptly.

Positive: I highly recommend this wonderful place. This house has everything, every detail has been thought of. It's conveniently located, easy to find, and there are lots of attractions nearby. My husband and I, being hot tub enthusiasts, really enjoyed it. The water was fantastic, and we had a wonderful time. We'll be back, and more than once.

Negative: We already told the owner about the microwave, but he didn't dislike it. It was just a small thing that was needed.

Positive: Absolutely everything, the cabin felt wonderfully cozy and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a cold day

Positive: Nice big windows that actually open. Relatively new furniture. Hot tub. Quiet surroundings. Very nice hosts, very polite and highly responsive even at a late hour. In order to see the Northern lights I drove to the back of the property and had the most magical time.

Negative: The smell residue from the prior visitors. The gated pin pad location that requires you to go out of your car each time you enter and exit. The illuminated building in the town that lights up the night sky hindering your chances of seeing the Northern lights. Obviously that building has nothing to do with the cottages owners but it would be nice if they raise the issue at a town hall meeting or something. Fairly difficult parking to back out from for the cottage I stayed in. There was some kind of pit that I thought I'll end up in if I wasn't too careful. It was the only cabin I stayed at in Iceland during my 2 week trip that didn't have a heated warmer in the bathroom. The table and chairs in the living room should be near the wall to create a open floor layout.
