Positive: We were a little confused about whether we had arrived at the correct unit as there was nothing saying”Blue View Cabins”. There were 2 cabins that looked like the photos but the one we stayed in was red not weathered wood. Once inside it was nice and the hot tub was very welcome.

Negative: More accurate photos, not just what appeared to be the 2 newest cottages. It wasn’t a deal breaker just confusing when we arrived.

Positive: The property is in an incredible location, close to everything in the golden circle. It is just down the road from Friðheimar, (which is well worth the visit and definitely book!) The views are incredible and the cabin is very stylish with everything you need (including under floor heating!)

Negative: Super minor, but the towel rail was broken, (very easily rectified). The coffee table is a beautiful piece of live edge wood, however we had some near spills as it isn’t flat (maybe a glass top or fill in with resin). Very minor issues for such a wonderful place!

Summary: Absolutely stunning, perfect location and stylish. Will definitely stay again!
