Positive: Pool and hot tub were nice, unexpected for this price, and the bed was comfortable. Location convenient, though parking lot a little tight. Staff were very friendly.

Negative: Hot tub wall and seat had extremely rough surface. Laminate flooring in room had very large gaps between board ends, in dozens of areas. Sound isolation between rooms almost non-existent. Guests in room above sounded like elephants running, but that would be an insult to elephants. Our whole room shook and you could make out distinct words of conversation. My wife thought shower was not hot enough, I felt it was fine. Room was missing a clock, but oddly, had two refrigerators. ?? For a king 'Suite', other than the dual fridges, didn't seem any better appointed than a regular hotel room. A single arm chair and desk with office chair. Breakfast was honestly about the worst I've seen at any hotel offering breakfast. The cheapest bread possible available for toast, a selection of pre-packaged danishes, a couple mediocre kinds of cereal, apple and orange juices, and low-end waffle/pancake makers. I.e., all carbs - no fruit, no yogurt, no hard boiled eggs. These are all staples of lower end hotel breakfasts.

Summary: If all you want and need is a comfortable bed at a decent price, this may fit the bill.

Positive: The staff are very helpful the room was clean the building was very clean and smells nice

Negative: Could never get the Wi-Fi to work how to use a hotspot for my fire stick
