Summary: Everything was fantastic except the bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. Aside from that the room was spacious, very clean, and beautifully designed. We will be back!

Summary: The room was amazing! Staff was friendly and the free laundry amenities were definitely a huge plus when traveling with kids. I will note that we stayed in room 311 and the door to the bedroom was closing itself intermittently as well as the top drawer to the nightstand, we placed a suitcase in front of it to stop it from opening lol.

Summary: We were very impressed with our suite. We requested an Accessible room and were impressed. However our family member had a mobility device that required a little bit more room to maneuver into the bathroom. We requested a roll in shower but did not get it. Unfortunately the shower head broke off and we requested another ADA room which there were no more. They allowed us to shower in another empty room. Awkwardly security had to remain outside the room while we cleaned up in another available room with a regular shower.

Summary: It was a great time my family loved it! Just a lil disappointed that they asked for a deposit at checking in! Should have just added it in the beginning of reservations! & it’s been 3 days still no deposit refunded other then that everything was great thank you!
