Travel Purpose: business

Positive: - Location was good - The apartment had internet included and working at good speed. - All appliances were working (like washing machine, and stove/oven, fridge, kettle, etc.). - Safe and friendly neighbourhood of Topkapi

Negative: - SEWAGE! Awful smell in the building hallway, it's a problem with the entire Fatih district, but because this building had no proper air flow, the smell accumulate. - SEWAGE again, there was another separate problem in the washroom sewage system that makes very bad odor comes in the floor drains when your neighbours use the toilet, yes you get their poop odor in your home. - SEWAGE AGAIN AND AGAIN, there was another third bad odor in the sink pipes due to long time without cleaning pipes - Poor ventilation in the building hallway, and the washroom didn't have an exhaust fan - Washroom shower was too tight - Toilet seat was broken, I reported the problem, no fixes - Kitchen sink was very close to the stove, causing water to fall in, and the electric igniter keeps ticking - TOO MUCH SMOKING around, can't even open the windows to air the home - Cleaning wasn't done properly before check-in, I pulled the washing machine and the fridge to find endless dirt that was causing a bad odor. - No regular cleaning despite being charged a cleaning fee as a percentage of the booking fee. - Consider adding a microwave oven
