Positive: Quick check in/out,clean,close to tram station that goes straight to city centar. Hosts are very friendly and helpfull, free safe parking. Our host Suleyman (The Great) was exceptional,kind and very helpfull. We will definitely come back to this hotel. 10/10 from us. Çok teşekkür ederim.

Negative: - One of the staffs asked me if I stay alone at twin room with suspicions face. It's not good feeling to be asked with face like that - No kettle in the room - Not easy access from SAW (airport)

Positive: I want to highlight that find hotel in Istanbul with private parking with reasonable price is not very easy, so this hotel is on top of our choices. Our family rooms are spacious enough for our toddler twin run around. The beds and pillows are comfortable, they clean and tidy up the rooms everyday. Breakfast is same everyday. But I dont complain. They offer if you want them to make omlete for you.

Negative: I can see astray in the room, I didnt know if they allow guests smoking in the room but so far from out 2 times stay 3nights each, we couldnt really smell of cigarettes in the room.

Positive: The room is clean and the bathroom looked recently renovated. The location was really nice. And the hotel staff were helpful and they were available all day. They even help get you transfers to the airport.

Negative: The rooms are small. And it lacked body gel. Minor though.
