Summary: Our room was on the first floor. The room was on the corner of a side street and busy Main Street. Our door was about 10 feet from a stop sign to a side street. It was very noisy. The air conditioner blew directly on me-l had to block it with a pillow. The refrigerator made weird noises. The people were nice, everything was clean, but we did not get a very good nights sleep and it was one of the most expensive rooms.

Summary: Would appreciate grab bars in the shower. Showering was a challenge for safety. Why not have tea bags for us morning tea drinkers? And no hair conditioner. Didn’t know what to do with empty bottles. No place to recycle.

Summary: Excellent place to stay. We spent two nights and would definitely go back again. We loved the surrounding area of Gorham and would like to explore it more. The room was clean, with modern touches, and well maintained. We also enjoyed the vibe of the outdoor area in front of the rooms.

Summary: Standing at the door of our room, told us we had to park at restaurant next door. Imagine unloading and having to walk through this lot to your room. Person at the desk told us we were not allowed to park in the hotel lot even though there were spaces. When my husband acted upset, they finally conceded. There were at least 5 empty spots at the end of the evening and as well as in the morning. Our room was at the back of the build, on a corner just off a busy street, w/no parking allowed. NOT VERY WELCOMING!

Summary: The room was nice and looked to be updated. The mattress was clean but very soft and sunken in, needed replaced. We had a room upstairs and had to carry our items. No elevator! And no luggage carts to transport luggage from our vehicle to room. Had to park across parking lot next to pool and our room was above the office. Staff was very friendly at checkin. We would stay here again as long as it was a ground floor room.
