Nestled on the north side of the White Mountains is this beautiful 3 bedroom apartment that feels like a chic private residence. The New England cottage-style decor gives a nod to the building’s vintage roots while still sporting modern conveniences.
You will sleep like a baby thanks to the fresh mountain air, our high end mattresses and our luxurious bedding. The unit features two deluxe bathrooms, one with a deep soaking claw foot tub with beautifully appointed hardware.
This is a 150 year old historical building. Stairs to second floor of the apartment are steep and narrow!

Summary: Beautifully decorated and comfortable cozy apartment on the second floor of a historic downtown building. Walk to some great restaurants and shops and drive to skiing in less than 15 minutes. We will definitely be back.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Annie's Chic New England Apartment! We had been looking for a place close to our daughter in Gorham that accepted pets and finally found Annie's place. The hard part was booking it as it is very popular! After staying for the weekend we know why! The apartment is spacious, beautiful, well stocked, and very comfortable. Annie is a wonderful host and is very kind and fun to talk with. Plus, she has lived in the area for over 25 years so she has the scoop! We will be back! Thanks Annie!

Summary: This was the second time our family stayed at Annie's place. Once again, the apartment was spotless. The kitchen was well appointed with the necessary tools, etc. My husband and I appreciated the upgraded queen size bed this year. We look forward to staying again next year!

Summary: Great location amidst an art gallery, candy shop, and delicious restaurants/coffee shops. It’s nestled equally distanced between Santa’s Village and Story Land for the kids. The touches on this home were well thought out and make for a comfortable stay. Annie is a gracious host with plenty of ideas and suggestions if you’re looking for things to do in and around the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Summary: We chose Gorham for its proximity to a variety of ski resorts. We would come back to Annie's for a variety of reasons. First, this was probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever rented! The kitchen was well stocked with just the right tools to easily do some of our own cooking. The bathrooms had all the little incidentals that you sometimes forget. Communication with Annie was easy. She checked in with us soon after we arrived. It was a pleasure meeting her. We were there at the end of January and a lot of the shops and restaurants were not open early in the week. However, our favorite breakfast/coffee stop was the White Mountain Cafe. We enjoyed visiting the adorable art/gift shop below the apartment as well as the cool public library right around the corner. We had reservations to eat at Nana's Kitchen, but they had to cancel due to equipment issues. I'm sure it would have been a wonderful meal. This apartment is on the second floor and two of the three bedrooms are on the third floor. Keeping with the old charm of the building, there is a very narrow set of stairs leading to the third floor bedrooms. Someone commented about the clock tower chiming every hour. It was not a problem for anyone in our family, plus I noticed that Annie provided earplugs in the bathroom closet, in case it was an issue. Again, I was very impressed with this clean, nicely decorated and uncluttered apartment. We will certainly stay here again!
