Positive: The facilities are great! The bed slept very well and there were fun things to do such as board games but also a Nintendo switch. The location was very nice and you could easily walk to the center.

Negative: There were a lot of pots for cooking but only bread knives to cut the vegetables and meat.

Positive: The entrance is from the back door of the house next to the trash and we were not told about this. Therefore, we waited for 15 minutes at the front door for check-in. Since we arrived tired, these waits were quite difficult. Check-in and check-out processes done via the mobile application were quite complicated. The access code was not showing properly on the mobile application. Therefore, we waited for them to send the code again during check-out for 30 minutes. Also, there was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom at home. The plate with chocolates seen on the plate in the pictures was empty.

Positive: First and foremost, I want to say that our stay was absolutely fantastic! Now, let me share some details. From the moment we booked, the communication was polite and professional. The pre-arrival messages were clear and respectful, making us feel welcomed even before we arrived. The access to the hotel and the entry codes were seamless and convenient. Regarding the room – it exceeded our expectations! It was even more beautiful than the photos on Booking.com. Everything was spotlessly clean, the room smelled fresh and pleasant, the bathroom was immaculate, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The in-room amenities were excellent, and overall, we had a truly enjoyable experience. The location was also great, just a 25-minute walk or a 10-minute drive to Zurich HB (the central train station). Everything was smooth and easy. One of the most memorable highlights was how much thought was given to children. As soon as my kids entered the room, they were thrilled to see a Nintendo console, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. It’s rare to see such attention to detail for families, and we truly appreciated it. The building itself was residential and very secure, which gave us a warm and comfortable vibe. My entire family loved our time here!

Negative: ‏Minor Points for Consideration (but nothing major!) ‏Honestly, there were no real weaknesses, everything was great! But if I were to be extra picky: ‏ • The radiators were on, and the room had a comfortable temperature. However, during colder nights (1°C outside), the room felt slightly cool at times. ‏ • We were informed that coffee capsules were in the cabinet above the coffee machine, but I couldn’t find them. It’s possible I just didn’t look properly. ‏That said, these are minor details that didn’t affect our overall amazing experience. The atmosphere and location more than made up for them! ‏Thank you for an outstanding stay—I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Zurich
