Positive: I loved that it was an app and that Anna was kind yo remind me to have everything set up proper before my trip even began. Thanks! There was also an actual key, we brought with us in case the phone died. There was electronic “curtains” on the outside of the windows, so we slept in complete darkness- very comfortable! The bed was pretty good and there were so many extra things that just made it a wonderful stay! Also we didn’t realize there was a balcony, so that was amazing!! :D

Negative: Only two small things was we didn’t know it was a shared duvet in the bed and we would have loved if there was spare trashbags and baking sheets for the oven, but we managed just fine :)

Summary: Wonderful apartment, close to cafes, stores and public transportation!
