Apartment is on the first floor (one level above ground floor) with no elevator.
If you have an early arrival in Zurich, we have the possibility for you to store your luggages in our basement storage facility (which we have rented from the landlord) for the convenience & benefit of our guests. The cost is CHF25 and you can store your luggages there until 17:00 so you can explore the city handsfree while waiting for the check-in time. Please be advised that we are not including the storage cost into the rental and only charging guests who need it. Check in time before 15:00 is not possible because our housekeeper works on a tight schedule and it is important that they clean the apartment thoroughly before you check-in but you can be assured that we will expedite the cleaning for you and send you a message when the apartment is ready. Some guests have written a bad review saying that storage should be included… but we do not want to pass this cost to guests who don’t need the facility and we trust in your understanding.
