Positive: Our stay at the villa was such a happy experience! The beautiful jungle view, the private pool, and the cozy atmosphere made every moment special. It truly felt like the perfect holiday escape, and we enjoyed every second of it.

Negative: We loved the villa and the beautiful jungle view, but we did experience several bugs due to the natural surroundings. It would be great if the resort could provide more insect repellent or improve the room sealing to make the stay even more comfortable.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful! Surrounded by greenery which I loved! My family and I booked 2 villas as they didn’t have a villa big enough for us but it worked out perfectly as there was a door that could be unlocked to join the two villas together! The villas were very spacious, with large bedrooms & bathrooms. The view from our villa/pool was amazing. The staff were one of our favourite parts of the experience - so friendly and welcoming & always up for a chat. They did have a shuttle into town but it was only available for drop off departing the villas at 12:30pm.

Negative: When we arrived we did not have any towels available within the rooms, this was however eventually sorted when contacting the staff! I personally was not a big fan of the food being served for breakfast (which was preordered off a set menu the night before) however some of my family did like it. Please be mindful if you are not physically active or have mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs from reception down to the villas that are also quite steep! (This is also the only way to the villas as there is no lift or alternative pathway etc). It was a workout getting our luggage to and from our rooms. Going down to the communal pool is also a workout depending on where your villa is located due to the stairs but very beautiful once you’re down there. Definitely would recommend a few more day beds for when it gets a bit busier around the pool. There are also a lot of ants/bugs that accumulated on my bathroom floor but housekeeping assisted with cleaning this up each day. Also note that this property is minimum 30-45minutes away from Ubud Central depending on traffic however it was perfect for us being away from the hustle and bustle and was easy enough to just use Grab. The local residents around the area are very friendly and there are local shops/eateries around a 10min walk away or you can use Grab!
