Positive: Great location and accommodations. Marco was extremely helpful and very attentive to our needs

Negative: The terrace restaurant had great food but was lacking in ambience and service. The breakfast buffet was average. They need to improve the overall quality.

Positive: Didn’t originally plan on going to San Marino but glad we did. Property was conveniently located and parking was available right outside old town wall. Close from there to walk in…maybe do a backpack and leave large luggage in car. Staff very helpful and there is a restaurant in the hotel as well as a wine bar below.

Negative: Nothing to do with property but San Marino is filled with trinket shops and perfume shops. Could easily see sights in a day.

Summary: Interesting country worth visiting. Beautiful views from the property.

Positive: Location is great in center of historic district. staff are great.

Negative: Breakfast needs work, not great quality, eggs were not replenished on multiple occasions. Dinner at restaurant poor. Fish entree was lukewarm as were the sautéed vegetables. Appetizer was off as well.

Positive: Loved the location in historical area yet clean, comfortable and modern on inside. Great size bathroom. Exceptional service at front desk!!

Negative: Room 302 was a little tight/small on inside. We found the service woman in breakfast room to be a bit rude.

Positive: We had a nice stay at this hotel in San Marino. The location was great, right in the heart of the historic center, surrounded by beautiful medieval streets and charming squares. From the hotel, we were able to reach all the main attractions on foot within just a few minutes, which made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable.

Negative: What I didn’t like was the check-in experience. We arrived around 13:50 and the room was not ready, so we were asked to come back in 30 minutes. After taking a short walk, we returned around 14:25, but the room was still not ready. At that point there was a different person at reception, who told us we would need to wait another 30 minutes. In the end, we couldn’t access our room until almost 15:30, which was quite inconvenient, especially in the heat of the day.

Summary: Overall, despite the delay at check-in, our stay was very pleasant thanks to the hotel’s perfect location in the heart
