The rehabilitation was carried out in 2010 respecting the original configuration of the property that is subject to the rules of protection of the Historical Heritage for its characteristics and for being located on the Camino Real that bordered the sea to Garachico.
The building has about 160 M2 distributed over two floors: a large dining room with Mudejar roof, two double and two single bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, preserving all the traditional techniques and original building materials: tea, stone of stonework, adobe and roofs with four waters.

Summary: We stayed for one week with four persons in this lovely property. It is very special and unique. Perfect size and enough space to relax for four. Amazing is the view from the various roof terraces. We loved it! Important to note - the access to the property of about 200 m is the start of a little hiking trail with some steep parts and challenge if you cant carry your luggage. The trail is not lit at all in darkness so bring your mobile or a torch. But definitely worth it! Nice restaurants close by and ideal location in the north to explore the island. The agency was great, excellent communication checking in for our well-being daily. Thank you for such a memorable stay! waccess to the property

Summary: A splendid location listening to the crashing surf below whilst enjoying a large, comfortable and historic house with all the modern conveniences and stunning views out to sea. The 200 yards walk from the parking space up the cliff path only adds to the charm and relaxation the property offers. The path continues on to be a beautiful walk to the top of the cliff offering amazing views. The host couldn’t be more helpful.

Summary: Really enjoyed staying at the house. The views and the constant sound of the sea make it a special place to be. There are lots of places to sit and relax, both inside and outside and the pool is private and very well maintained.

Summary: Property was excellent! Historical house, well kept, clean and with all comfort you can desire-well stafed bathroom, wifi and tv. Close to ocean- so you wake up each morning and have your coffee with the view. Close to the highway so you can reach any place on the island within an hour. You can go to the south, get massified :) and then come back to the peace and quite. Village of La Rambla also close so you can go to shop for dinner or go to the restaurant. There is also a pool in the property but we did not use it as it was still too cold for swimming. But you can if you want :). So I recommend!

Summary: This accommodation is one of the most spectacular holiday homes that we have ever encountered! Pro's: - Beautiful, historical Canarian house, with many well restored old details. - Most amenities present, such as washing machine, dryer, microwave, two showers, two toilets, BBQ, TV/DVD, Wifi, plenty of bed, kitchen and bathroom linen, basic kitchen groceries such as tea, salt, pepper, etc. - Many beds (and bedrooms), most of which are sufficiently convenient. - Very adequate check in, by a friendly and knowledgeable representative of the letting agent, good communication - Absolutely stunning, almost unbelievable epic location, right above the cliffs of the Atlantic Ocean, spectacular views from the living room (you can sit in the ancient windows!), the three (!) roof terraces, the two (!) gardens and the private swimming pool. This fantastic location alone should be enough to convince everyone to book the house. - Private parking space, 3-5 min walk from the house. - Everything was quite clean and well furnished. - Nice little village Las Aquas (part of San Juan de la Rambla), with several restaurants a neat boulevard, a tiny beach and a mini-market. - House located very close to the main road, so you're on your way to anything on Tenerife within a minute (but because of the cliffs you don't hear or see the main road at all). Con's (just to prevent disappointments): - This beautiful historical Canarian house does not provide all of the 5-star luxury that typical high-budget modern accommodations would boast (e.g. no air conditioning, no king size beds, no dishwasher, no oven). - Yes, the walk up to the house is a bit strenuous indeed, it takes 3-5 mins from the car park to the front door and you won't be able to roll your shiny Louis Vuitton suitcase over the quite irregular rocky surface of the beautiful foot path. So if you're looking for super easy, wheelchair-like accessibility, don't go for this house. - The otherwise very nice and clean private swimming pool (with again stunning ocean views!) is not heated, as most pools at Tenerife aren't. Hence, even in quite warm weather, the water can be a bit chilly at first contact. - You should only try swimming in the ocean below if you're suicidal. Safe ocean swimming is available at some beaches in/near Puerto de la Cruz and also at Playa de las Teresitas near Santa Cruz (also the only beach with white sand on Tenerife).

Summary: This house is a real treat, with for instance a very interesting and pleasant sitting room, including with window sills where you can sit and just watch the ocean outside. Outside of the house there are within the property several choices of sitting areas, where you could have your meals or simply for relaxation and contemplation. The green, steep hillside feels almost reachable from the garden at the back of the house, while the lively ocean is dominating the views from the roof terrace, which quickly became our favorite place for pre-dinner drinks. The location is also very good, with just a walking path outside of the house, so no disturbing cars here. Placed in principle just where the path to the house begins, there is a parking spot reserved for the guests of the house, which was another asset, as was the very close distance to the small village Las Aguas with its restaurants and a small supermarket. The general location of the property moreover makes it easy to reach for instance Puerto de la Cruz, Icod, Garachico or the Monte del Agua laurel forest close to Erjos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back!
